Day 1:Beach Hotel to Tsavo East National Park
Early morning, you’ll be picked up from your beach hotel and drive along a palm-lined road, gradually revealing the Tsavo scrubland as you approach Tsavo East. In the distance, the expansive plains and Taita Hills come into view. Enter Tsavo East National Park through Buchuma Gate, where your driver will open the 4×4 pop-up roof to start your safari. Tsavo, Kenya’s largest national park, is divided into East and West by the highway. After arriving at your lodge for lunch and relaxation, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive, returning at sunset. Overnight at Ashnil Aruba Lodge, situated on Aruba Dam, a popular wildlife spot built in 1952.
Day 2: Tsavo East National Park to Beach Hotel
After breakfast, you will check out from the lodge and embark on a relaxed game drive as you leave the park through Bachuma Gate. Enjoy the scenic views and look out for wildlife along the way. Following the game drive, continue your journey back to your beach hotel, where your memorable safari experience concludes. This smooth transition allows you to savor your final moments in the wilderness before heading to your relaxing seaside accommodation. The day promises a peaceful departure from the park, combining wildlife viewing with a comfortable return to your hotel for rest and reflection on your adventure.
